Knauss legislative fellowships in Congress help build careers — and they're fun and educational. See our video and fact sheet for details.
Since 1977, the Maryland Sea Grant College has supported research, education, and outreach about the challenges and opportunities facing Maryland's coastal waters, and especially the Chesapeake Bay.
To stay ahead of the problems that face us in managing and restoring our watersheds and coastal natural resources, Maryland and the nation need innovative research, broad science literacy, and the best training possible for the next generation of marine scientists, managers, and teachers.
Maryland Sea Grant plays a special role in supporting researchers and graduate students and in interpreting marine science and policy for a broad audience. Our signature magazine, Chesapeake Quarterly, and our video documentaries are award-winning. We are committed to a continued standard of excellence.
